Do we need to change our existing systems?
No. We build on top of what you have. Excel, your CRM, your AMC portals, your Google Drive. Nothing gets replaced. The AI layer sits on top of your current setup.
How long does a typical project take?
We can put a working prototype in front of you within 24 hours. Most full projects take 2 to 4 weeks from first call to deployment; our quickest went from a half-built prototype to a production system in 4 days.
Is our data safe?
Everything runs on your own infrastructure. We do not hold your data. Encryption, access controls, and audit trails are built into every system as standard.
What happens after delivery?
We document everything, train your team, and stay on light usage-based support. No retainer. Most firms operate the system without any technical involvement day to day.
Can we start with consulting before committing to a build?
Yes. Many engagements start with a consult to understand where AI fits and what the right build looks like. If consulting leads into a build, we fold it into the build scope.
How do you handle our data during the engagement?
We classify all client data into four tiers before work begins, and each tier has a binding handling rule. Only two named people access your data. The most sensitive data never leaves your own environment. When the engagement ends, all copies are destroyed and you receive written confirmation. Full details on our Security page.

Yes, and most firms do. We pick the highest-impact quick win, build it, and get it live fast. An early win is not just time saved: it gives your team the confidence to back the next one. You see it work on your own data before committing to anything wider.
Who owns what you build?
You do, entirely. Every system runs in your own accounts and infrastructure, and the source code, accounts, and IP are yours from day one. No lock-in, no dependency on us to keep it running. We hand over full documentation and a technical walkthrough.
