    The question behind the work.

An internal desktop tool had become central to deal management, but its single-machine design could not support a growing team. The firm needed shared access, stronger controls and room to evolve while preserving the workflows people already knew.

    How we approached it.

We worked with the existing codebase, added a shared cloud database and real-time updates, and built the controls needed for multi-user operation. The work included role-based data access, sensitive-field encryption, audit history, backups and administration tools.

    The decisions that matter.

    01

    Keep what already works

Build on the team's existing tool and domain logic instead of making people restart their process on a generic platform.

    02

    Make shared work reliable

Connect teams to the same records, with real-time updates, clear access rules and an inspectable action history.

    03

    Hand over the controls

Provide administration, backup arrangements and technical documentation so everyday operation does not depend on the original developer.

    What the work made possible.

A shared system delivered in four days, with deal slips, inventory allocation, purchase requests, client payout calculations and validated spreadsheet imports. The firm received the source code, accounts and technical handover to run the system independently.
