    Decision intelligence

From fragmented evidence to decisions that move the business.

Unifying the data was the starting point. Helping senior leadership act on it was the outcome.

    The question behind the work.

An enterprise held useful operational evidence across teams, files and document formats. Inconsistent names, layouts and measurements made it difficult to compare records or confidently answer management questions.

    How we approached it.

We combined structured parsing with document extraction, reconciled naming and formats, checked the records against explicit rules, and connected the analytical view back to its source evidence. Uncertain extraction was separated for review.

    The decisions that matter.

    01

    Reconcile the records

Normalise identities, units and document structures so that apparently similar records can be compared on a consistent basis.

    02

    Preserve the evidence

Keep the source connection through extraction, validation and analysis. A flagged result remains something a person can inspect.

    03

    Design around the decision

Build views around the questions management needs to answer, with drill-down from a pattern to the records behind it.

    What the work made possible.

The analysis supported senior leadership in signing off on high-impact business decisions. Unified records, interactive analysis and management reporting gave the team an evidence base they could inspect, challenge and use to act.
